This has to be our favourite bikkie, and one of our very first products developed when Gertie's Goodies was just a dream. 

But what exactly is a TwixBix you ask? 
Well it all starts with a vanilla cookie base, topped with our homemade not too sweet thicc caramel then finished off with Belgian milk chocolate.
