Where can I visit you?
You can visit our shop 8/78 Murray Street Tanunda, Wednesday- Saturday.

Catering FAQ's
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering as early as you can, especially for weekends and busy seasons.
Our kitchen tends to fill quickly, and we love having the time to prepare everything just right.
A few days’ notice is usually perfect for smaller gatherings.
For larger events or catering, a little more time helps us create something truly special.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs where possible. Let us know what you need when ordering and we’ll guide you through the options.
Do you cater for events and corporate gatherings?
We do! From intimate celebrations to larger corporate gatherings, we create grazing tables and catering spreads designed to feel abundant, thoughtful and beautifully suited to your event.
Do you deliver?
We deliver across the Barossa Valley and surrounding areas, bringing Gertie’s Goodies to picnics, celebrations, long lunches and special moments throughout the region.
Delivery fees and minimum orders vary by zone:
• $10 delivery (min. order $100): Altona, Lyndoch, Tanunda, Rowland Flat, Stonewell, Vine Vale, Bethany, Korndorf, Angaston, Penrice, Nuriootpa, Stockwell, Marananga, Seppeltsfield, Greenock
• $20 delivery (min. order $200): Dutton, Truro, Kapunda, Gawler, Evanston, Roseworthy, Shea-oak Log, Freeling
• $40 delivery (min. order $500): Elizabeth, Blakeview, Andrews Farm, Smithfield, Munno Para, Angle Vale — please enquire before ordering.

What time will my order arrive?
We work within delivery windows rather than exact times, allowing us to prepare everything with care and deliver across the region smoothly.
We’ll always do our best to align delivery with your plans, whether it’s a picnic, a long lunch, or a special celebration.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup is always free from our Tanunda kitchen at 7 Walden Street.
Everything is thoughtfully packed so it travels well and arrives just as beautifully as it left us.
Do I need to return anything after my event?
For most boxes and platters, no, everything is yours to enjoy and dispose of easily.
For styled grazing tables and boards, we’ll arrange pack-down details with you ahead of time.
Please ensure serveware is returned thoroughly hand washed to Gertie's kitchen, 7 Walden street Tanunda within 3 days. Replacement fees apply for any damaged or missing items, cleaning service fee applies for any items returned dirty. Late return fees apply.
Do you have a minimum order?
Some of our grazing options have minimums depending on size and delivery location. You can view our pre-made ordering via the website.
If you’re unsure, just reach out; we’re always happy to guide you to something that suits your plans.
Has my order been confirmed once I’ve emailed it through?
Once you’ve sent your order through, we’ll take a careful look and be in touch to confirm all the details.
Nothing is locked in until you hear from us, but we’ll guide you through everything gently and seamlessly
Grazing Table FAQ's
What do I need to organise for the day?
A clean and appropriate sized table or bench for the graze, If you do not have one we can hire one to you for the event.
We suggest you ensure it is out of direct sunlight, for summer months ensure its in a shady area if outside but inside in an air-conditioned space would be best.
How does set up work?
Depending on grazing table size, We arrive 1-3 hours prior to the event start time to set up your grazing table.
Once we know where you would like the grazing table set up you're free to put our feet up and get ready for your event while Gertie's creates your grazing table experience.
And what about pack up?
You have three options:
Self Pack-Down
You handle the clean-up and return all serveware clean & thoroughly hand washed to Gertie’s kitchen in Tanunda within 3 business days.
Serveware Collection (Next-Day)
Prefer us to collect instead? No worries - we can arrange next-day collection of clean serveware for an additional fee (starting from $25, depending on time & location).
Full Clean-Up Service
We take care of everything. We’ll return at an agreed time to:
Collect all serveware
Remove leftovers & dispose of rubbish
Clean the serve-ware @ our kitchen base
Please note: This service includes cleaning the grazing area only and does not cover venue floors or surrounding areas.
Clean-up service starts from $90.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Sunday clean-ups
- After 5:00pm clean-ups
- Extra travel distance
Flat-lay Grazes do not include a pack-down or clean-up service - simply roll up the paper and dispose of everything..
Can you style the grazing table to suit my theme?
Yes, we love creating tables that feel considered and in tune with your occasion.
If you have a theme, colour palette, or particular feel in mind, simply include those details in your enquiry.
How long can my grazing table be left out?
As per food and safety standards food left out for 0-2 hours can be retuned to the refrigerator and consumed. Food left out for more than two hours but less than 4 is safe to be consumed, If the food has been outside of temperature control for more than 4 hours it must be thrown out.
Any food consumed is done so at your own risk, Gertie's Goodies accepts no liability.
What if I need to cancel?

About cancellations and refunds
Catering & Grazing Tables/Boards
- Cancel or postpone more than 30 days prior: full refund or credit.
- Cancel or postpone 7–30 days prior: full amount retained, credit note issued.
- Cancel or postpone 73 hours–7 days prior: refund minus deposit or full credit.
- Cancel less than 48 hours prior: full amount retained.
Grazing Boxes & Sweet Treats
- Cancel more than 5 days prior: full credit or reschedule at our discretion.
- Cancel 4–73 hours prior: 50% credit; reschedule may be offered.
- Cancel less than 48 hours: full amount retained.
Afterpay
Refunds are not offered; credit notes may apply under the above terms.

All cancellations, refunds, or changes must be requested via email: hello@gertiesgoodies.com.au. Business days/hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. All refunds at Gertie’s discretion

Cafe and Hospitality Range
Gertie's offers a range of our top notch sweet treats to wholesale customers. Whether you want to order from our core and seasonal ranges or work together to create an exclusive top tier cookie or brownie there truly is options for everyone!
We like to keep our product fairly exclusive to give both your customers and Gertie's loyal followers a reason to come back for more.
Therefore we only offer a limited amount of wholesale opportunities & we currently have capacity to take on a couple more.
If you're looking for new sweet treats to add to your range or customer experience, please reach out to us to discuss your options and our availability
Retail Range
We are currently at capacity for our retail wholesale range however we will open more opportunities in the coming months. If you're interested stocking a range of our delicious goodies like packaged cookies, honeycomb bark and rocky road please still reach out and we can discuss the opportunity.
