Gertie's Grab-and-Go Salad Bowls *new summer range

Looking for a healthy and tasty addition to your weekday lunches or weekend events? Look no further than our individual Grab-and-Go Salad Bowls! Choose from a range of delicious salad combos, including honey roasted pumpkin and halloumi, Mexican burrito bowl, and Gertie's Caesar Salad, all made with the freshest ingredients.

• Regular - 10 salad cups + forks 
• Large - 16 salad cups + forks

Honey Roasted Pumpkin and Halloumi (V, GF*)
Pumpkin pieces roasted in blue gum honey, grilled Lavera halloumi, avocado and thinly sliced red onion on a bed of peppery rocket dressed with balsamic glaze a sprinkle of pine nuts.

Gertie’s Caesar Salad
Crispy cos lettuce, crunchy in house croutons, crumbed chicken schnitzel strips, shortcut bacon pieces,  free range eggs, parmesan and Caesar dressing 
*vegetarian option available

Gerties Potato salad (GF*, DF)
Hard boiled free range eggs, bacon and dill pickle pieces mixed with potato and our house made mayo

Gertie's Summer "Greek"  (V, GF*) 
The perfect Summer salad - With crisp and refreshing watermelon pieces and Marinated Buffalo feta, peppery rocket, red onion, cucumber, fresh herbs finished with a balsamic glaze. 

Mediterranean Roasted Veggie Salad (V/Vegan, GF*, DF) 
A bed of fluffy quinoa and baby spinach piled high with house roasted cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, capsicum and pumpkin topped with pomegranate and our house maple spiced walnuts & pepitas. 

Fruit Fresh Salad  (V, GF*, DF) 
Is it even summer without a fresh cut fruit salad. We add a huge mixture of summer berries, mixed melons, stone fruit, tropical fruit, kiwi ect.) passionfruit, and fresh native mint.

Truffle Potato Salad (V, GF*, DF) 
Potato pieces covered in a truffley mayo, mixed with red onion and fresh herbs
