Gertie's Sliders (hot & cold)

Looking for delicious bite-sized burgers that will leave your guests wanting more? Look no further than Gertie's Sliders! With a range of heat and eat and cold options served on a French butter brioche bun, there's something for everyone.

Sliders are priced per dozen. One flavour choice per dozen. 
Maximum 3 varieties per order for hot sliders. 

Cheeseburger-  beef patty, cheese, mustard, pickles & Ketchup 

Pulled pork - Smokey bbq pulled pork and slaw with house made mayo

Chicken n' bacon -  crispy crumbed chicken, shortcut bacon & smashed avo with house-made pesto mayo

Chicken n' Slaw - crispy crumbed chicken with slaw and chipotle mayo 

Beef & Bacon - Beef patty, shortcut bacon, tomato, cheese & sauce **

Beef & Beetroot - beef patty, balsamic beetroot relish & cheese 

Gourmet Beef Truffle - beef patty, truffle goats curd cheese, caramelised onions, and fig paste

Chipolata hot dog - cheesy chipolata kransky, cheese, mustard and ketchup 

Chipolata & Brie- cheesy chipolata kransky, Brie and ketchup 

Caramelised chipolata - cheesy chipolata kransky, moorish caramelised onion & tomato sauce 

Shroomi mushroom- shroomi burger patty with cheese, smashed avo, pickled onion & house made pesto mayo (Vegetarian) 

Pulled chicken - BBQ pulled chicken with slaw & house-made mayo 

Pulled jackfruit - with smashed avo & slaw (vegetarian)

Plain Beef (kids) - beef patty, tomato sauce & cheese 

Cold only- 

Chicken BTL - crispy crumbed chicken, house-made bacon jam, lettuce & tomato 

Beet n' Beef (cold)- Beef patty, balsamic beetroot relish, cheese, tomato & lettuce

Serving Preference ~ 
Select "hot" for your sliders to be warm on pick up/delivery, or 
cold if you plan to reheat them later or eat cold 
* please note while we do our best to accomodate your requests, occasionally due to pre existing orders and capacity limits we will not be able to accomodate warm deliveries/pick up's- if this is the case we will contact you to discuss your options. 
Maximum 3 hot slider varieties per order~ unlimited cold choices 

Boxes can be placed in a low to moderate oven for 5-15 minutes to heat your sliders- please keep a close eye on the box & sliders when heating in the box. 
(please do not place plastic window lid in oven) 

These sliders cannot be offered as Vegan due to the French butter brioche buns we use. Please contact us if you would like a Vegan alternative and we can discuss your different options.
