Cooked curd Semi-hard buffalo cheese embedded with Marigolds, Cornflower, native Thyme and other seasonal flowers and named ‘Most Innovative Cheese’ at the 2022 ADIC Awards, this cheese is pretty as a painting and a dreamy addition to the cheese board.

Both Gertie's & Kris Lloyd Artisans go to Savoury Cheese, Flower Power has a soft, pliable texture given to the cheese from the secondary flora. A rich texture and nutty flavour, grassy notes and hints of native thyme.
