Canapes - Baby Brioche

Coloured brioche rolls miniature in size, maximum in flavour.
Great as a starter for your event, compliment your grazing table, meeting snacks but make them fancy, these delicious little morsels are perfect for a plethora of occasions.
I've even heard Maggie herself has sampled these ~ with compliments. 

Choose from the following fillings:

Choizo - Grilled chorizo sausage with whipped buffalo feta

Truffle Prosciutto - Free range Australian prosciutto, truffled goats curd & balsamic rocket 

Salmon - Smoked salmon, with house beetroot mayo,  & watercress 

Salami Caprese - Heirloom tomato, Gertie’s basil pesto, fennel salami, bocconcini with balsamic glazed rocket 

Veggie Stack-  marinated veggies (i.e. pumpkin, eggplant, capsicum)  with house basil pesto & balsamic rocket (vegetarian)

Caprese - Heirloom tomato slices, Gertie’s basil pesto, bocconcini with balsamic glazed rocket (vegetarian)

These baby brioche buns are served cold, delivered in our catering boxes.

As you can see in our photos these brioche buns come in a couple options,  we can stick to one colour bun per filling to easily identify flavours/dietaries, one colour per event to suit your aesthetics, there's so many options.
