Vigneron 110gm - The Winemakers Cheese

Vigneron is a Brie-Style Goats Milk Cheese washed in white wine and wrapped in vine leaves.  

When ripe, it has a velvety oozy paste and a melt-in-the-mouth pleasantly earthy flavour.
The leaves are edible but that depends on personal choice. (@ Woodside Cheese Wrights they love the leaves!)
