Raspberry and White Chocolate Blondie

Blondie?  Not quite a white choc brownie as many of us are lead to believe more like a sweet, carameley, fudgey, buttery flavour. Our blondie is stuffed with Belgian white chocolate pieces and  raspberries for a tart bust of flavour in each bite.
