Wattleseed Ganache: native wattleseed gives these tarts a nutty flavour complimented by a creamy Belgian milk chocolate ganache 

Raspberry & White Choc Ganache: house made raspberry coulis topped with Belgian white chocolate ganache, another tart and sweet 

Berry Meringue:  House made berry & cherry curd topped with our meringue
