Gertie's Skewers offer a refreshing and light option to include in your upcoming catering order. They pair perfectly with our Gertie's Goodies Grazing box, fresh wraps, sliders or as an additional item to your grazing table.
Choose from our delicious options:
Caprese: A combination of fresh bocconcini, baby tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves drizzled with balsamic glaze (V)
Fresh: Freshly cut watermelon with buffalo feta, fresh mint leaves, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze (V)
Summer: A refreshing mix of rockmelon, baby bocconcini, prosciutto ribbons, and basil pesto drizzle
Fruity: Skewers of seasonal fresh fruit with a Belgian chocolate-dipped strawberry (V)
