You're favourite caramel slice, dare I say it.... even better than the original. 
We've swapped the base for a gingerbread cookie base with white choc chips, smothered in your favourite thick layer of caramel and topped with a layer of white Belgian chocolate.

Gingerbread cookie slice: 
Belgian milk chocolate chips mixed through a cookie style slice full of Christmasy  gingerbread flavour, then topped with a cream cheese frosting and Christmas sprinkles

Gertie's take on a xmas favourite turned into a fudge. A well requested sweet all year around, our smooth eggnog fudge with hints of vanilla and Christmas spices.
