Gertie’s is now offering a limited number of fundraising opportunities per year. It’s first in, best dressed, so get in touch and get the ball rolling.

  • Savoury Pastries-

    Our ever popular house made bite-sized pastries.
    Made fresh, & can be frozen. 
    This range was intended for Winter, we’ve extended dates until mid november.

  • Christmas 2023- COMING SOON!

  • The Original Range-

    A large collection, including some of Gertie’s most popular treats, like our original and stuff’d cookies, brownies trays, caramel slice and wheelies.

    Just like the name suggests, a cookie drive but make it Gertie's!
    A wide selection of original & stuff’d cookies, wheelies, tammies - all your favourite Gertie’s bickies!

How does it work: 

Step 1: Get in touch with Megan @ Gertie’s Goodies to see if Fundraising with Gertie’s is a good fit for your group. Simply fill out the enquiry form below

Step 2: Discuss & decide your orders-in date, payment date and pick/up delivery date.
The more organised you are the more time you’ll have to plan it out and start taking orders to raise money for your cause. 

Step 3: Start taking orders - Inform your group what you're fundraising for and get the order-forms out.  Yes we provide you with order forms, and tally sheets. 

Step 4: Tally up your orders, let Gertie’s know the numbers so we can send you an invoice and start baking.  

Step 5: Distribute orders, and start eating your yummy goodies!

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. To participate in Fundraising with Gertie's your organisation must sell a minimum of $500 worth of product.

How do we organise payment?

Your group/organisation is responsible for collecting payment for all orders placed. 

Once you’ve tallied up the orders and advised Gertie’s of the final numbers you will be issued an invoice by Gertie’s to pay the amount owed.  Full payment is required minimum 7 days prior to delivery/pickup. (We don’t start baking your order until full payment has been received, so late payment may = late orders)

But what products are we selling, and how much money do we make?

In some situations we can customise the product offerings for your organisation or do a different offering in the case that many of your members have recently participated in Fundraising with Gertie’s.

The amount you make varies from product to product.
As a very rough guide it's around 20% of the RRP price.
We provide you with exact amounts for preferred range when you enquire with us.

Packing Orders

Additional $3 per student/organisation member for orders to be packaged by us, (bag/box labelled with name for each order form)  otherwise gather a team, organise into orders yourself and keep the additional funds for your organisation!   
Bonus- 12 pack of cookies to enjoy while organising orders if you choose to do so yourself

i.e. When Sally takes home a from and collects 10 orders from friends and family, she will tally these 10 orders up and give her results to the organiser (keeping the order with the 10 individual order)
If organisation has chosen for Gertie's to pack orders we will pack Sallys tallied order in one large box for her to then sort her 10 individual orders.

If you choose to pack yourself we will have the finally tally for each item (not each participant) and pack according total item number.

Are there any extra bonuses for Fundraising?

Absolutely!!

Prize Pack for highest fundraiser -
If your organisation raises over $3000, we will also provide you with a prize for your highest fundraiser valued at $100 ($80 mixed cookie box & $20 Gertie’s Goodies Voucher) 

Discount Code - If your organisation raises over $5000 we will provide you with a 10% discount code to share with the organisation's members that can be redeemed for online orders valid for 6 months.
